About

Growing up as a Florida kid, Sydney’s first big adventure was a move to Philadelphia, where she received her degree in Photography from Drexel University. Philly is also where Sydney gained an appreciation for what it means to ‘come as you are’ without apologies and recognize that every individual has something special to offer.

Sydney’s next move brought her to the vibrant city of New York, where she honed her craft by assisting photographer Mary Ellen Matthews, known for her work on NBC’s Saturday Night Live. This opportunity ignited Sydney’s passion for inspiring individuals to embrace their bold spirit and express their authenticity with confidence. During her time in New York, Sydney also immersed herself in a variety of industry experiences and gained skills from the sets of fashion, editorial, and commercial work.

Every project that Sydney undertakes is a collaborative effort. One in which she aims to capture the essence of the subject, including those unexpected and subtle qualities that truly define them.

Sydney enjoys pursuing new and exciting opportunities near and far but her most recent adventure was a return ticket to Philly, where she now calls home-base. Here she continues to intertwine herself with an amazing network of creative and like-minded folks.

In her free time, you can often find Sydney and her partner Greg off searching for their next DIY project, hiking the Wissahickon or watching an Eagles game.
